Alumilite Flex 40 Rubber Casting Kit provides users with an extremely tough flexible urethane rubber excellent for duplicating/casting soft rubber parts or for making soft urethane rubber molds. It is extremely easy to use.

The easy to use system does require vacuum or pressure to achieve perfectly bubble free castings. However, users can achieve very minimal air entrapment by simply mixing the A & B side together extremely slowly for 2 minutes.
