The U.S. President has eliminated the de minimus which has resulted in prepaid duties, taxes plus brokerage fees making it too expensive for our customers and too time consuming to continue this service. Hopefully this situation will change in the future, and we can again offer this service.
Return Policy
All returned goods must include a packing list and must be shipped freight prepaid.
All merchandise must be in the original packaging and sealed cartons.
Claims for shortage or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Returned merchandise requires prior written authorization and a HollyNorth RGA number.
Credit will be issued only as follows: Merchandise less than 10 days old will be issued 100% credit, less 20% restocking charge.
Merchandise older than 10 days and custom orders are not returnable for credit.
Special orders are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. If a special order is defective or incorrect, customers must notify us within 5 days of delivery to arrange for a resolution. Read more about special order policies.
