Dixon China Markers (Pencils) contain a very thick, smooth ‘lead’ which is used to make marks on porous and non-porous surfaces such as plastic, film, paper, metal and rubber. These pencils are also commonly referred to as grease pencils. The outer layers of the paper covering the lead peel away with the help of a tear string to expose more of the lead as the pencil is used.
