FastFlex Kit is a faster variation of SkinFlex III. It was developed in response to repeated customer requests for a material system that can be demolded within several hours. With a demold time of two hours or less, FastFlex has accomplished this and much more.

FastFlex can be used for a variety of applications, including the creation of soft, yet flexible and durable skins for animated characters, costumes, prosthetics, and various parts and molds.
FastFlex parts are paintable with BJB’s SC-89 stretch polyurethane paint. BJB’s 6800 series pigments can be added to this system.
Like its sister product SkinFlex III, FastFlex is also available as a three component system. The third component, called part “C”, determines the variation in the softness and degree of stretch attainable by the material. When the “C” component is used, work times and demold times will increase.
