Ultratec Bubble Master 2000’s hi-tech remote is equipped with a digital display (On and Off Timer) and allows for fan speed and bubble output control. The remote can also be undocked from the machine and located up to 150’ with standard 5-pin XLR. 

Overall, the Le Maitre Bubble Master 2000 is a more advanced and powerful version of the original Bubble Master, offering greater control options and higher output. However, it also has a higher fluid consumption rate.

I placed an online order for 2 batches of polyurethane resin. Upon receipt of my order I found one batch was previously opened, only partially full, sealed with cellophane, and severely discolored. I wrote an email, and placed a call detailing what I received. The response regarding my complaint was that I could be refunded 50% of the value of the partial/ pre opened batch as that was "how they received it from the manufacturer". They allege to have accepted non factory sealed/ pre opened/ partially full resin into their inventory, then sold it at full price to an online customer. My response was that I would happily return the partial batch (at their expense) and would appreciate either 100% refund on the partial/ pre opened/ discolored batch, or accept a new factory sealed batch.
I cannot be expected to attempt to use a previously opened and only partially full product that I/ they cannot guarantee is not faulty. I simply request to be the recipient of what I paid for. I have sent 2 email requests in the last several days, but have been ghosted on the matter.
I'd hoped to do regular transactions with this company, but their mishandling of this affair has left me no choice but to order from anyone but them, and encourage all colleagues to do the same.

EDIT:
While no one responded to further attempts at correspondence both Monday and Wednesday I was fully reimbursed within an hour of posting this review. For that I am thankful.
I also appreciate the owner taking responsibility for both the lack of communication, and the faulty product, and hope this serves as an opportunity to improve internal SOP's regarding customer complaints, and professional communication.

A huge shout out of gratitude, to HollyNorth!!

I had an excellent experience with HollyNorth when renting snow cannons for my three-week Winterfest series in downtown Nanaimo. The snow effect added so much magic to the evenings; families loved it, kids were thrilled; it truly elevated the entire experience and helped create an unforgettable holiday atmosphere.

When I picked up the snow cannons, the team was incredibly helpful and friendly. They took the time to walk me through exactly how to operate everything, answered my copious amount of questions, and made sure I felt confident using the equipment.
They even showed what the snow would look like using their demo they have on site.

I was especially grateful for how supportive they were in ensuring we received additional snow solution in time for our final evening, which made a huge difference as it needed to be shipped from their facility on the mainland to Vancouver Island.

Professional, reliable, and genuinely wonderful to work with, I highly recommend HollyNorth and look forward to working with them again.

Fantastic prices here for certain goods that can literally cost you around 10 to 12 times more expensive if bought through online international retailers. Also, most attentive and playful customer service provided by Gillian, and Mike. 5/5 will return!

I had planned on renting a fog machine from another company, but was told 48 hours before our event that it was on the fritz. They recommended I call HollyNorth and they were able to provide me what I needed on short notice. It worked very well and didn't set off the smoke alarms as promised. I'll definitely just go straight to HollyNorth next year and book in advance. Thank you!

I have purchased quite a bit of dance flooring from this company. The most recent order of dance floor a friend recommended a company other than Holly North. After consulting with this middle man I realized Holly North would be more inexpensive due to the method they ship freight. Realizing my error I quickly contacted Mike at Holly North who was able to reduce my shipping costs considerably. The customer service was very knowledgeable and practical, the other middle man production company told me unusual things about installing dance floor (which I had done many time in many different spaces) and did not seem as aware. On the other hand Mike as Holly North handled all of my concerns effectively and swiftly. Highly recommend his service and this company especially for buying all production material related to dance.
